Energy Efficient
Within the cellular structure of a log wall, there are tiny pockets of air that form the "Thermal Mass Effect". This is where temperature transfer through the walls of a structure is delayed by the retention capacity of the wall mass. When the "Thermal Mass Effect" is considered, the insulation value of a log wall is much higher than a brick, block or stud wall.
